Alston and Smith families and Related Families

Our Alston lines come from the two Alston groups that had their American beginning in North and South Carolina. Our branch ended up in Georgia.

The Smith line which has only the one family was originally from South Carolina. Although I have more info on this line I haven't had time to compile it. And even at that I have little, although I do know of other family members that have more.

Much of this is not proven so please use it as information only.
